I have been talking about this recipe for a butternut squash tart for at least a week now, and my boyfriend finally made it tonight...it was unbelievable!! It had everything I look for in a tart - goat cheese, caramelized onions, a flaky crust, and my boyfriend nailed it down to the very last detail. I could eat this tart every day for the rest of my life.














The complete meal:


Rack of lamb
Green beans
Butternut squash tart
Green pepper and tomato salad
