Potato, green bean puree, pork sausage, tomato & egg casserole
Farm pork sausage hash with red onions and scalloped potatoes
Italian crepe with pesto, prosciutto, cheddar and tomato
Mystery pear/apple & cocoa dessert crepe topped with powdered sugar

A lot going on with breakfast this morning.
The casserole was easily the least successful element (and the part I didn't finish when I knew I had to save room for the dessert crepe).
