Lobster ravioli with a white wine butter sauce and grated parmesean
Tomato and mozzarella slices with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegrette

  2. this looks so fancy! I have a table setting problem...I just don't do it. It's just me and my husband, and dinner is always hurriedly eaten sitting on the kitchen stools at the counter. I should work on that - thanks for the inspiration

  3. cookingupaphd: I *wish* I could say that we made the pasta, but in truth it was courtesy of Trader Joes. We do have plans to attempt making our own ravioli (to use up some of our squash) later this week, so stay tuned...

    megan: you definitely eat with your eyes before any food reaches your mouth, so we like to have fun with presentation. Sure we devour the meal in about 5 minutes, but that's why I take pictures - so we can remember how beautiful it all looked!
