Eggs & Toast by Me

Scrambled eggs with goat cheese, smoked trout and grape tomatoes


  1. Looks like a perfect start to your day. Nice breakfast. Were you influenced by the 192 eggs that I had and you thought "damn, I am having scrambled eggs tomorrow" :-)

    Hope your Thanksgiving holiday was wonderful.

  2. eggs and toast is one of my favorite breakfasts. one of my favorite dinners too :) but goat cheese? what a wonderful idea!!

  3. Velva -- Actually, you aren't that far off. It was the first day of our meat & eggs winter CSA, so I was inspired by my own farm-fresh eggs. And I wish I had my camera handy when I was cooking, because I used one grocery store egg and one farm egg. The difference in appearance when they were first cracked in the pan was unbelievable!
