Velva -- Actually, you aren't that far off. It was the first day of our meat & eggs winter CSA, so I was inspired by my own farm-fresh eggs. And I wish I had my camera handy when I was cooking, because I used one grocery store egg and one farm egg. The difference in appearance when they were first cracked in the pan was unbelievable!

eggs and toast is one of my favorite breakfasts. one of my favorite dinners too :) but goat cheese? what a wonderful idea!!
