keeping it simple

Stracciatella (aka Italian egg-drop soup)

Salmon poached in chicken stock
Jasmine rice with nori
White wine butter sauce
Green onions


  1. I wish I was a salmon fan. This looks great!

  2. the egg drop soup looks great. I've wanted to try to make this for awhile, but haven't gotten around to it

  3. Megan -- based on how quickly my boyfriend whipped up dinner last night, I can only assume that the soup was super simple to make. Hope you get around to trying it soon!
