the proof is in the picture

Maybe you didn't believe me when I said that I would make and eat kale chips as a snack in the middle of the afternoon. Luckily I have photographic evidence:

Kale chips

- preheat oven to 350
- spread kale leaves on baking sheet
- drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with salt
- bake for 5-10 minutes, until crispy


  1. I would love to try Kale chips at some point, but I have to confess that I kind of just love kale and really like to cook with it.
