creamy cucumber gazpacho: cold, refreshing, with unexpectedly deep flavor

Creamy cucumber gazpacho:
puree the following ingredients until smooth in a blender: 
- 2 large English cucumbers
- 2 lemon cucumbers
- 1 small green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup (or more!) chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- couple of drops of sriracha
- splash of white wine
- salt
- pepper



Served with chuck (flank) steak & oven-baked potato chips
